Our product lineup spans women's, men's, and kids' apparel as well as accessories. We handle everything in-house, from sales and product planning to production management and fabric/material sourcing.

Build management skills through hands-on store operations
You'll handle store operations duties (restocking, merchandising and organizing product, register operations, inventory management, and more), with the goal of becoming a store manager in your second year.
Create products that embody our brand concept
Product planning and manufacturing, spec sheet creation, fabric and material sourcing, overseas buying trips, factory development and negotiation, and more. Your first year is always spent in a store; you'll transfer to Product Planning based on performance.
Lead and manage the making of coca's clothing
Factory selection, directing partner factories, material and trim selection, inventory/delivery/quality management, and more. Your first year is always spent in a store; you'll transfer to Production & Quality Control based on performance.
Deliver an in-store-level shopping experience on our e-commerce site
General Track: ¥350,000 — estimated for a nationwide-transfer contract (base salary ¥210,000 + deemed overtime ¥40,000 [25 hours] + nationwide transfer allowance ¥50,000 + housing allowance ¥50,000)
Region-limited contract: ¥250,000 (no nationwide transfer or housing allowance)E-Commerce Operations, Product Planning, Production & Quality Control: ¥250,000 (base salary ¥210,000 + deemed overtime ¥40,000 [25 hours])
Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000/month)
Overtime beyond the deemed amount is paid separately
Housing allowance (General Track, nationwide-transfer contract only): company covers 50% of rent
Twice a year (August and December) — new hires become eligible starting with their first winter bonus
We use our own evaluation sheet to directly assess your results for the period, followed by a review meeting with your manager to clarify what skills you'll need to grow. Goals for the next half-year, along with raises and bonuses, are decided at that time.
Location: Shinagawa Head Office and stores in Tokyo
Timing: Scheduled for March 2027 (approximately one week)
Mandatory for all positions. Transportation and accommodation costs are covered, and the hourly wage matches the internship rate.
This training deepens your understanding of the company and its brands, helping you become effective from an early stage.We will only contact you within one week if you advance to the next stage.

After receiving an informal offer, you'll move on to an internship.
40 hours for all positions. [Hourly wage] Set by placement (¥1,400 for E-Commerce Operations). [Transportation] Covered up to ¥30,000.
You may continue your internship after receiving an offer. If you continue for at least six consecutive months (40+ hours/month) before joining the company, you'll be eligible for a bonus starting your first summer.
Not eligible for those who have resigned, or plan to resign, from the internship.After pre-employment training, scheduled for March 2027, you'll officially join the company.
